摘要
目的 探讨系统化护理管理模式下的护理干预在急诊肝癌合并消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法 方便抽样法选取2021年1月至2023年5月在本院收治的急诊肝癌合并消化道出血80例,按照随机数字表法分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用系统化护理管理模式。统计两组护理期间护理效果、并发症发生率,分别于护理前、护理1周后,采用全自动生化分析仪检测血红蛋白、清蛋白、前白蛋白水平。结果 观察组护理有效率97.50%高于对照组(P<0.05);护理前两组患者营养指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理1周后,观察组患者营养指标(血红蛋白、清蛋白、前白蛋白)均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率2.5%低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 系统化护理管理模式对急诊肝癌合并消化道出血患者的护理具有积极的应用效果,可有效提高护理效果和营养状况,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention under systematic nursing management mode in emergency patients with liver cancer complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 80 cases of emergency liver cancer complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected by convenient sampling method and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given systematic nursing management mode.The nursing effect and complication rate of the two groups during the nursing period were analyzed.The levels of hemoglobin,albumin and prealbumin were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer before and after nursing for 1 week,respectively.Results The nursing effective rate of observation group was 97.50%higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in nutritional indexes between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After 1 week of nursing,nutritional indexes(hemoglobin,albumin and prealbumin)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of 2.5%in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing management model has a positive effect on the nursing of patients with emergency liver cancer complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding,which can effectively improve the nursing effect and nutritional status,and reduce the incidence of complications.
