摘要
为了消除机械波对纺纱质量的影响,分析并条工序机械波、粗细纱工序机械波产生的原因及危害,介绍根据牵伸倍数、传动比和测速法计算机械波波长的3种方法,以及根据纱线在波谱图的特点、将波谱图和不匀率曲线图相结合的2种机械波的分析方法,总结预防机械波的措施。指出:机械波是由于纺纱机械中与牵伸等有关的运转部件存在缺陷、磨损、故障等异常,造成纱条周期性不匀,有害机械波对纱线质量和布面质量产生不良影响;日常生产中,应借助波谱图、不匀率曲线图等分析机械波产生原因、找寻工艺不足或机械缺陷;通过加强设备和机件的精细化管理,减少罗拉、胶辊造成的8 cm~10 cm机械波,保持罗拉的精度和清洁,提高胶辊的质量,减少“假波”等措施,预防机械波的产生。
In order to eliminate the influence of mechanical waves on spinning quality,the causes and harms of drawing process mechanical waves,roving and spinning process mechanical waves are analyzed,three methods of calculating mechanical wavelength based on drafting multiple,transmission ratio and speed measurement are introduced,and according to the characteristics of the yarn in the spectrum diagram and the analysis methods of two kinds of mechanical wave combining the spectrum diagram and the irregularity curve,the measures to prevent mechanical wave are summarized.It is pointed out that the mechanical wave is caused by the defects,wear and faults of the running parts related to drafting in the spinning machinery,which results in the periodical unevenness of the yarn,the harmful mechanical wave has a bad effect on yarn quality and fabric quality.In the daily production,we should analyze the reason of mechanical wave and find out the insufficient technology or mechanical defects by means of spectrum diagram and irregularity curve.We should strengthen the fine management of equipment and parts,reduce the mechanical wave of 8 cm~10 cm caused by roller and cots,keep the roller precision and clean,improve the quality of cots,reduce the“false wave”and other measures to prevent the generation of mechanical waves.
