涡流纺莱赛尔纤维纺纱工艺优化

摘要 为了充分发挥涡流纺优势,根据莱赛尔纤维的特性及其物理指标,以开发14.8 tex纱为例,分析清梳联、并条及涡流纺工序的工艺重点和难点,对比各工序工艺优化前后参数设置及成纱质量。指出:莱赛尔纤维伸直度好、刚性强、纤维间抱合差、比电阻高,纺纱过程中容易出现缠、绕、堵等问题;纺高质量涡流纺莱赛尔纤维纱,应对原料进行指标把关及预处理,优选梳理器材并采用柔性梳理工艺,优化分配并条牵伸倍数,适当增大涡流纺喷嘴压力,严格控制车间温湿度。 In order to give full play to the advantages of vortex spinning,according to the characteristics and physical indexes of Lyocell fiber,taking the development of 14.8 tex yarn as an example,the process key and difficult points of blowing-carding,drawing and vortex spinning processes are analyzed,and the parameters setting before and after process optimization and yarn quality are compared.It is pointed out that Lyocell fiber has good straightness,strong rigidity,poor fiber cohesion and high specific resistance,and it is easy to get tangled,wound and blocked in the spinning process.To spin high quality vortex spinning Lyocell fiber yarn,the raw materials should be checked and pre-treated,carding accessories should be optimized and flexible carding process should be adopted,the distribution of drawing drafting multiple should be optimized,the pressure of vortex spinning nozzle should be appropriately increased,and the temperature and humidity in the workshop should be strictly controlled.
