川藏铁路沿线高寒草地植物与土壤中真菌群落的变化趋势

摘要 川藏铁路的建设促进了区域交通的便捷和经济的发展,但也对脆弱的生态环境带来了挑战。本研究旨在通过植物-土壤-微生物三个层面的调查分析,揭示高寒草地植物与土壤中真菌群落在铁路建设干扰下的变化趋势。结果表明:相比于未受干扰的天然草地,铁路沿线草地的植被盖度显著降低,优势植物垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)的盖度也显著降低;铁路沿线草地中土壤全氮含量、土壤中真菌群落多样性、优势种丰度皆显著低于未受干扰草地;铁路沿线草地丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi)丰度显著高于未受干扰草地,但植物病原-腐生菌(Plant pathogen-plant saprotroph fungi)和植物病原-木质腐生菌(Plant pathogen-wood saprotroph fungi)丰度显著低于未受干扰草地。本研究表明川藏铁路建设对沿线草地植被盖度、群落组成及地下真菌多样性存在一定负面影响,为在脆弱生态区进行生态恢复及环境保护提供了理论根据和实践指南。 The construction of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway has facilitated the convenience of regional transportation and economic development.However,it has also posed a challenge to the fragile ecological environment.The objective of this study was to identify the variation trends of alpine grassland plant communities and soil fungal communities in relation to disturbances caused by railroad construction.A three-level approach was employed,involving investigation and analysis of plant,soil,and microbial communities.The result showed that:①The vegetation coverage of the grassland community,the dominant plant,Elymus nutans,along the Sichuan-Tibet Railway was significantly decreased,compared with the undisturbed natural grassland(P<0.05);②Soil total nitrogen content,the diversity of the soil fungal community,and the abundance of the dominant fungal species of grassland along the Sichuan-Tibet Railway were significantly lower than those of the undisturbed grassland(P<0.05);③The abundance of Arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi was significantly higher in the grassland along the Sichuan-Tibet railway than in the undisturbed grassland,whereas the abundance of Plant pathogen-plant saprotroph fungi and Plant pathogen-wood saprotroph fungi were significantly higher in the undisturbed grassland.The study’s conclusions indicated that the construction of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway had a significantly negative impact on the fragile alpine grassland ecosystems along the route.These findings can serve as a scientific basis and practical guide for ecological environmental protection during the planning and construction of railroads in similar fragile ecological regions.
