高寒高海拔地区输变电工程基础混凝土强度试验研究

摘要 为了提升高寒高海拔地区输变电线路基础混凝土结构使用寿命,确保输变电线路工程质量,避免混凝土在冬季施工中受到高寒气温的冻害,文中开展了同条件养护下掺聚丙烯纤维的混凝土力学试验研究。通过聚丙烯纤维混凝土(PPFC)和混凝土(C)对比试验,文中研究了PPFC在高寒高海拔地区的基本力学性能。结果表明,1%掺量下聚丙烯纤维混凝土的立方体抗压强度较混凝土有所增强,劈裂抗拉强度提高19.5%,弯曲抗折强度提高5.54%。 To enhance the durability of the concrete structure of the transmission and transformation line foundation in the alpine and high-alti-tude areas,ensure the quality of the transmission and transformation line project,and avoid the freezing damage of concrete by cold tempera-tures in winter construction.In this experiment,the mechanical study of concrete doped with polypropylene fiber under the same condition of curing was carried out.The basic mechanical properties of PPFC in alpine and high altitude areas were studied through comparative tests of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete(PPFC)and concrete(C).The research findings reveal that the cubic compressive strength of concrete is significantly enhanced When polypropylene fibers are added to concrete at a 1%content,the splitting tensile strength of the material increa-ses by 19.5%compared to plain concrete and the flexural strength is increased by 5.54%.
