摘要
[目的]通过液相色谱对5%氯噻啉·二嗪磷颗粒剂样品进行分析,探讨同一色谱条件下2种有效成分同柱分析的可行性。[方法]以乙腈和水为流动相,ZORBAX XDB-C_(18)柱为分离柱,采用紫外检测器,在254 nm波长下对5%氯噻啉·二嗪磷颗粒剂分离和定量分析。[结果]氯噻啉和二嗪磷的线性相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9998,变异系数分别为0.28%和0.11%,平均回收率分别为99.94%和99.66%。[结论]该方法可同时测定试样中2种有效成分,且操作简单。试验数据表明该方法精密度、准确度较高,线性关系良好。
[Aims]A method for analyzing imidaclothiz·diazinon 5%GR by HPLC was developed,in order to investigate the analysis feasibility of the two active ingredients with one column under the same HPLC condition.[Methods]Using ZORBAX XDB-C_(18)column and UV detector at a wavelength of 254 nm,with acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase,imidaclothiz and diazinon in imidaclothiz·diazinon 5%GR were separated and quantitatively analyzed.[Results]The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of imidaclothiz and diazinon were0.9997 and 0.9998,the coefficient of variation were 0.28%and 0.11%,and the average recoveries were 99.94%and99.66%.[Conclusions]This method can simultaneously determine the two active ingredients in the sample,with simple operations,high precision and accuracy,and a good linear relationship.
