摘要
企业全球化分工加强,供应链构建直接关系到企业的长远发展。我国鞋服企业经历数十年的发展日渐成熟,其供应链的构建一方面给企业带来了优势和利益,另一方面也导致企业面临的风险增加。本文从定义、识别及评估多维度对供应链风险进行了介绍,并分析了鞋服企业面临的供应链风险,探讨了鞋服企业供应链风险评估原则及常用模型,为鞋服企业的供应链风险管理能力提升提供参考。
The globalization division of labor of enterprises has been strengthened,and the construction of supply chain is directly related to the long-term development of enterprises Chinese footwear and clothing enterprises have matured through decades of development,and the construction of their supply chains has brought advantages and ben-efits to enterprises on the one hand,but also led to the increase of risk faced by enterprises on the other This paper introduced supply chain risks from definition,identification and assessment,analyzed the sources of supply chain risks faced by footwear enterprises,discussed the principles of supply chain risk assessment and common models for footwear amd clothing enterprises,in order to provide reference for the improvement of supply chain risk management.
