摘要
随着电力市场改革的逐渐深入,现货市场的开展在一定程度上改变了煤电企业的经营方式和管理模式,如何应对电力现货市场已成为煤电企业当前的主要问题。依照上海电力现货市场的实际情况,总结分析了上海煤电企业参与电力现货市场的实践经验,并提出了煤电企业应对电力现货市场的措施:一是签约中长期合约曲线;二是制定合理报价策略;三是增加辅助服务收入;四是完善公司内部现货管理机制;五是建设现货市场辅助决策系统;六是加强人才培养。
With the gradual deepening of the reform of the power market,the development of the spot market has changed the operating methods and management models of coal and electricity companies to a certain extent.How to deal with the power spot market has become the main problem for coal and electricity companies at present.According to the actual situation of Shanghai's electricity spot market,this paper summarizes and analyzes the practical experience of Shanghai's coal-fired power companies in participating in the electricity spot market,and puts forward measures for coal-fired power companies to deal with the electricity spot market.Firstly,signing a medium-and long-term contract curve;Secondly,to develop a reasonable quotation strategy;Thirdly,to increase the income of auxiliary services;Fourthly,to improve the company's internal spot management mechanism;Fifthly,building a spot market auxiliary decision-making system;Lastly,to strengthen talent training.
