摘要
本文基于护理工作的特殊性,以及社会主义核心价值观的引领作用,探讨了大思政课在中职护理专业学生职业素养培养中的实践研究。通过深化思政内涵、优化课程设置、强化实践教育和建设辅导体系策略,致力于引导学生树立正确的职业观念,强化职业责任感,提升人文专业素养,从而培养出具有优秀职业素养的护理专业人才。推动中职护理教育的高质量发展,培养出更多符合社会需求的优秀护理人才具有重要的意义。
Based on the particularity of nursing work and the guiding role of socialist core values,this article explores the practical research of ideological and political courses in the cultivation of professional competence of vocational nursing students.By deepening the connotation of ideological and political education,optimizing curriculum design,strengthening practical education,and building a coaching system strategy,we are committed to guiding students to establish correct professional concepts,strengthen their sense of professional responsibility,enhance their humanistic professional qualities,and cultivate nursing professionals with excellent professional qualities.Promoting the high-quality development of vocational nursing education and cultivating more outstanding nursing talents that meet social needs is of great significance.
