摘要
朱砂七为我国的一种传统中药,又名红药子、雄黄连、血三七等。朱砂七在陕西太白山一带具有悠久的药用历史,其味苦性凉,具有清热解毒、健脾益胃、收敛固涩、凉血活血、止血止泻等多种功效,可用于治疗各类炎症、泌尿系统感染、出血症等。近年研究表明,朱砂七具有抑菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等作用,针对其活性成分药理作用研究较多的有多糖、蒽醌类和总鞣质等。在畜禽疫病防治方面,以朱砂七多糖的相关研究较为突出,并已展示出其应用潜力。论文主要针对朱砂七活性成分的药理作用及其在动物医学方面的应用研究进展进行综述,旨在为其开发应用提供参考。
Polygonum cillinerve,also known as Hong Yao Zi,Xiong Huang Lian,and Xue San Qi,is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine.It has a long history of medicinal use in the Taibai Mountain area of Shaanxi province.It belongs to bitter and cold medicine,and has multiple functions such as clearing away heat and detoxifying,invigorating the spleen and stomach,astringing and consolidating,cooling blood and promoting blood circulation,and stopping bleeding and diarrhea.It can be used to treat various inflammations,urinary tract infections,bleeding disorders,etc.Recent studies have shown that Polygonum cillinerve has antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-tumor,and antiviral effects.The research about the pharmacological action of its active ingredients mostly focused on polysaccharides,anthraquinone and total tannin.In the area of prevention and control on infectious diseases of livestock and poultry,researches on Polygonum cillinerve polysaccharide(PCP)are particularly prominent and have shown its application potential.This article mainly reviews the pharmacological effects of its active ingredients and their application research progress in animal medicine,aiming to provide a reference for its development and application.
