摘要
生态文明新形态的当代出场,源自马克思主义生态文明思想的武装,中华文明生态智慧的深厚滋养,中国共产党生态实践的百年探索,新时代伟大建设成就的内在奠基和对西方非绿色发展路径的深刻检省。作为人类文明新形态的重要组成部分和中国式现代化生态道路的伟大创造,生态文明新形态是以“中国共产党领导”为前提基础、以“绿色低碳发展”为理念先导、以“环境就是民生”为价值内核、以“建设美丽中国”为目标引领、以“构建治理体系”为根本举措、以“打造生命共同体”为发展方向的具有鲜明中国特色和丰富内涵的新形态。生态文明新形态的积极开启和成功出场,不仅在“前”与“后”“古”与“今”的辩证统一中展现出守正统、续传统、活系统的延展性、革新性和关联性意义,而且在“东”与“西”“中”与“外”的比较中开显出破西统、创新统的超越性和引领性意义。
The contemporary emergence of the new model of ecological civilization stems from the empowerment of Marxist ecological civilization thought,the profound nourishment of the ecological wisdom of Chinese civilization,the century-long exploration of ecological practices by the Communist Party of China,the intrinsic laid by the remarkable achievements of the new era,and a deep reflection on the non-green development paths of the western countries.As an important component of the new model of human civilization and a great creation of the ecological path of China-style modernization,the new form of ecological civilization is characterized by a distinctive Chinese identity and rich connotations.It is based on the premise of“leadership by the Communist Party of China”,guided by the concept of“green and low-carbon development”,centered around the value of“the environment is essential for people s livelihood”,aimed at“building a beautiful China”,fundamentally driven by“establishing a governance system”,and directed towards“creating a community of life”.The proactive initiation and successful emergence of the new form of ecological civilization not only demonstrate the significance of maintaining orthodoxy,continuing tradition and extensibility,innovativeness,and relevance of living systems in the dialectical unity of“before”and“after”,as well as“ancient”and“modern”,but also reveals the transcendence and leadship significance of breaking with the Western norms and innovating norms in the comparison between“East”and“West”,and“China”and“other countries”.
