摘要
积极发展综合高中作为承载着推动高中阶段教育职普融通功能的关键之举,具有显著的时代意义。只有科学界定综合高中的范畴化内涵,才能准确回答“如何科学化创办综合高中”的问题。综合高中的国际概念是以携带原型范畴这一基本特质的、兼具不同运行模式的教育类型的范畴化概念,囊括多种范本化的建设模式。其中,以三维目标为导向、以课程融通为基本载体、以学分制为制度保障、以大规模化办学为显著特征的美国模式是综合高中的原型范畴;以“差异平等”为导向的综合高中范畴化建设的英国模式和以“资历框架”为保障的高中综合化转型的澳大利亚模式,都是综合高中国际办学的典型范本。未来,我国综合高中要在汲取国际经验的基础上,构建以综合高中建设为载体、以招生考试制度改革为突破口、以职普课程融通为核心、以评估机制为保障的内容体系,实现综合高中的高质量发展,复归综合高中推进高中阶段教育职普融通的核心使命。
The development of comprehensive high school,as a key move to promote the integration between vocational education and general education at the senior secondary education,is of great significance in the era.Only by scientifically defining the category and connotation of comprehensive high school can we accurately answer the question of how to scientifically establish a comprehensive high school.The international concept of the comprehensive high school is a categorical concept of education types with different operating modes that carries the basic characteristics of the archetypal category,and encompasses a variety of paradigmatic construction models.Among them,the United States model,which is guided by three-dimensional goals,takes curriculum integration as the basic carrier,the credit system as the institutional guarantee,and large-scale school running as the significant feature,is the prototype category of comprehensive high school.The British model,which is oriented to the scope of comprehensive high school constructed with the guidance of difference and equality,and the Australian model of comprehensive high school transformation guaranteed by qualifications framework are typical examples of international education of comprehensive high school.In the future,on the basis of international experience,China's comprehensive high school should build a content system with the construction of comprehensive high school as the carrier,the reform of the admissions examination system as the breakthrough,the integration between vocational education and general education courses as the core,and the evaluation mechanism as the guarantee,so as to realize the high-quality development of comprehensive high school and return to the core mission of comprehensive high school to promote the integration between vocational education and general education at the senior secondary education.
