基于光学原理的测温技术在电站锅炉中的应用

摘要 为实现锅炉炉膛内燃烧温度可视化监视,文章以光学传感器为基础,利用先进算法,搭建了二维温度场可视化监测系统。该系统可以直观显示火焰中心位置,防止燃烧偏移,延长水冷壁的使用寿命,为机组长期安全经济运行提供了保障。同时,在日益严峻的调峰形势下,根据二维温度分布,保证机组变负荷时的燃烧稳定,降低锅炉低灭火风险。 To achieve visual monitoring of combustion temperature inside the boiler furnace,this article uses optical sensors as the basis and advanced algorithms to build a two-dimensional temperature field visualization monitoring system.This system can intuitively display the position of the flame center,prevent combustion deviation,extend the service life of the water-cooled wall,and provide a guarantee for the long-term safe and economic operation of the unit.At the same time,under the increasingly severe peak shaving situation,according to the two-dimensional temperature distribution,the combustion stability of the unit during load changes is ensured,and the low fire extinguishing risk of the boiler is reduced.
