摘要
文章以合肥市主城区为例,利用POI数据并结合核密度分析、标准差椭圆、空间自相关等方法分析2012年、2017年、2022年3个时间窗口城市医疗健康资源空间的演化过程,并结合地理探测器探讨医疗健康资源分布的影响因素。结果表明:(1)在空间格局上,合肥市主城区医疗健康资源从最初的“一核两片一轴多点集中”演变为“三核四片四轴多点集聚”格局;(2)在空间演化方向上,医疗健康资源大致呈东北——西南走向分布,南北向的发展趋势较弱;(3)在空间集聚特征上,医疗健康资源空间具有明显的同质化集聚特征,且呈现增强趋势;(4)医院和诊疗健康资源外延态势明显,向心较低密度聚集,医药和理疗健康资源集聚态势明显,向心高密度聚集;(5)城市消费水平、居住小区密度、交通服务能力等因素对合肥市主城区医疗健康资源分布影响较大。
Taking the main urban area of Hefei city as an example,this paper analyzes the spatial evolution of this city's medical and healthcare resources in 2012,2017 and 2022,using PO1 data and combining kernel density analysis,standard deviation ellipse and spatial autocorrelation,and explores the influencing factors of the medical and healthcare resources by combining with the geo-detector.The results show that:(l)In terms of spatial pattern,the medical and health resources in Hefei city have evolved from the initial pattern of"one core,two pieces and one axis with multiple points of concentration"to the pattern of"three cores,four pieces and four axes with multiple points of agglomeration"(2)In the direction of spatial evolution,medical and healthcare resources in Hefei city are roughly distributed in the northeast-southwest direction,with a weaker development trend in the north-south direction.(3)In terms of spatial agglomeration characteristics,the medical and health resources in Hefei city exhibit obvious homogenized agglomeration,showing a trend of enhancement.(4)Hospitals and other diagnosis and treatment health resources in Hefei city exhibit an obvious outward trend of centripetal agglomeration with lower density,while medicine and physical therapy health resources exhibit an obvious trend of centripetal agglomeration with high density.(5)Urban consumption level,residential density,transportation service capacity and other factors have a greater impact on the distribution ofmedical and health resources in Hefei.
