摘要
由于地域的复杂性,在土建工程施工中不仅要考虑土建工程本身的结构质量,还要考虑施工技术的实用性,这对土建工程的项目管理提出了较高的要求。再加上中国产业升级带来的经济发展,无论是人工成本还是物料成本都不断上升,随着施工成本的不断提高,越来越多的企业开始加强土建工程的项目管理研究。土建工程项目管理是贯穿整个施工过程的系统化设计,需要全体员工的参与,主要包括项目设计、项目造价、项目质量、项目资料等方面的管理。高素质的管理人才是土建工程项目管理体系全面土建工程的坚实基础。论文分析了土建工程的项目管理,目标是整合利用各项目资源,进行动态跟踪,用经济手段实现土建工程的既定目标,增加企业的经济效益。
Due to the complexity of the region,the construction of civil engineering should not only consider the structural quality of the civil engineering itself,but also consider the practicability of construction technology,which puts forward higher requirements for the project management of civil engineering.In addition to the economic development brought by China’s industrial upgrading,both labor costs and material costs are rising,with the continuous improvement of construction costs,more and more enterprises begin to strengthen the civil engineering project management research.Civil engineering project management is a systematic design throughout the entire construction process,which requires the participation of all employees,mainly including the management of project design,project cost,project quality and project data.High-quality managers are the solid foundation of civil engineering project management system.This paper analyzes the project management of civil engineering,the goal is to integrate and utilize the project resources,carry on dynamic tracking,and use economic means to achieve the established objectives of civil engineering and increase the economic benefits of enterprises.
