燃煤电厂锅炉机组掺烧污泥的数值模拟与工程应用研究进展与展望

摘要 随着我国经济快速发展及城镇化进度不断加快,污泥产量也在与日俱增,燃煤电厂锅炉机组掺烧污泥能够快速减量的同时做到无害化处理,是目前具有广泛应用前景的污泥处理方法.综述了基于燃煤锅炉机组掺烧污泥的数值模拟研究现状,发现目前已开展的数值模拟研究中,针对含水率较高的污泥应采用涡耗散模型进行气相湍流燃烧模拟以进一步提升模拟精度;现有数值模拟中普遍采用未考虑灰层阻力的焦炭燃烧模型,造成飞灰含碳量的模拟结果与工程实际中存在一定的误差,基于改进的焦炭燃烧模型对燃煤锅炉掺烧污泥进行掺混比进一步精确研究是未来的重要研究方向;针对污泥掺烧给燃煤锅炉带来的问题,开展燃烧调整数值模拟以优化掺混污泥后的炉内燃烧工况也是未来的热点研究方向. With the rapid development of China's economy and the accelerating progress of urbanization,the sludge output is also increasing day by day.The mixed combustion of sludge in boiler units of coal-fired power plants can quickly reduce the amount and achieve harmless treatment.At present,it is a sludge treatment method with broad application prospects.The author summarizes the research status of numerical simulation based on the mixed combustion of sludge in coal-fired boiler units,and finds that in the current numerical simulation research,EDM transport model should be used to simulate gas-phase turbulent combustion for sludge with high moisture content,so as to further improve the simulation accuracy;The existing numerical simulation generally adopts the coke combustion model without considering the ash layer resistance,resulting in a certain error between the simulation results of carbon content in fly ash and engineering practice.Further accurate research on the mixing ratio of coal-fired boiler sludge based on the improved coke combustion model is an important research direction in the future;In view of the problems brought by sludge mixed combustion to coal-fired boilers,it is also a hot research direction in the future to carry out combustion adjustment numerical simulation to optimize the combustion conditions in the furnace after sludge mixing.
