超临界W火焰锅炉深度调峰运行试验研究

摘要 为研究超临界W火焰锅炉低负荷下的运行特性,通过现场试验的方式对某660MW超临界W火焰锅炉进行了深度调峰运行试验研究,并结合燃烧基础理论分析总结了电站锅炉调峰稳燃技术.结果表明:试验机组在无任何稳燃措施的情况下,最低稳燃负荷为35.77%额定负荷(约236.11MW).低负荷运行期间,机组负荷、炉膛负压、燃烧状态等波动较大,但不影响机组安全运行;颗粒物、NO_(x)和SO_(2)的排放均符合国家标准;厂用电率偏高,主蒸汽和再热蒸汽温度偏低,机组热经济性差.研究结果可为同类型机组深度调峰提供参考. In order to study the operating characteristics of supercritical W-flame boiler under low load,a 660 MW supercritical W flame boiler was tested for deep peak shaving operation by means of field trails,and the peak shaving and stable combustion technology of power station boilers are summarized combined with the basic theory of combustion.The result shows that the minimum stable combustion load of the test unit was 35.77%rated load(about 236.11 MW)without any measures to stabilize the ignition.During low load operation,parameters such as unit load,furnace negative pressure,and combustion state fluctuate greatly,but it does not affect the safe operation of the unit;The emission of particulate matter,NO_(x) and SO_(2) meets national standards;The power consumption rate of the plant is high,and the main reheat steam temperature is low,the thermal economy of the unit is poor.The research results can provide a reference for the deep peak shaving of the same type of unit.
