摘要
基于旅游业高质量发展基本内涵,从“创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展、共享发展、有效发展”六个维度构建旅游业高质量发展水平评价指标体系,综合运用熵值-TOPSIS模型、收敛性分析、聚类分析和障碍度模型等方法,探究2010-2019年西北五省区旅游业高质量发展水平演化特征及障碍因素。结果表明:(1)西北五省区旅游业高质量发展水平整体呈现缓慢上升态势,逐渐形成以陕西为核心发展区域,外围向南北递减的时空布局,空间非均衡性特征显著;(2)西北五省区旅游业高质量发展水平与不同子系统发展水平的时序演化特征的区域差异性显著,且差距随时间的推移持续增大,可以划分为强势型、稳定型和滞后型三个等级;(3)西北五省区旅游业高质量发展水平的主要障碍因素为实际利用外资、科研经费、专利授权数量、入境旅游收入和入境旅游人数,不同障碍因素对不同地区的影响程度存在明显差异。
Based on the basic connotation of high-quality development of tourism,an evaluation index system for high-quality tourism development from the six dimensions of the development of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,sharing,and effectiveness is constructed in this paper.The entropy-TOPSIS model,convergence analysis,cluster analysis and obstacle degree model are comprehensively used to explore the evolution characteristics and obstacle factors of high-quality development level of tourism in the five Northwestern provinces of China from 2010 to 2019.The results show that:(1)The overall high-quality development level of tourism in the five Northwestern provinces of China shows a slow upward trend,gradually forming a temporal and spatial layout with Shaanxi Province as the core development area and gradually decreasing to the north and south peripheral areas,and the characteristics of spatial disequilibrium are remarkable.(2)There are obvious differences between the temporal evolution characteristics of the high-quality development level of tourism in the five Northwestern provinces of China and the development level of each evaluation dimension,and the differences gradually increase with the passage of time,which can be divided into three levels:strong,stable and laggy.(3)The main obstacle factors to the high-quality development of tourism in the five Northwestern provinces of China are the actual utilization of foreign capital,scientific research funds,the number of patents granted,inbound tourism income and the number of inbound tourists,and there are significant differences in the degree of impact of different obstacle factors in different regions.
