This paperuses a combination of literature review and teaching practice to explorein depth how to reasonably increase the exercise density and exercise load in physical education classes.The aim is to ensure that the exercise density and exercise load of students in physical education classes remain within reasonable limits,thereby effectively promoting their physical and mental health development.
