摘要
针对绿色建筑运行实效检测内容广、工况复杂以及周期长的特点,分析检测参数的选择、检测依据、评价要求、检测数量、检测成本的控制等技术要求,结合贵州省绿色建筑运行检测工程实例,根据评价要求选取合适的检测参数,分析检测结果,为绿色建筑运行效果评价提供数据支撑。
In view of the characteristics of extensive content,complex working conditions and long cycle of practical testing of green building operation,technical requirements such as the selection of testing parameters,testing basis,evaluation requirements,testing quantity and testing cost control were analyzed.Combined with the green building operation testing project in Guizhou Province,appropriate testing parameters were selected according to the evaluation requirements and test results were analyzed.Provide data support for green building operation effect evaluation.
