摘要
本文采用叙事案例研究方法,探究了6名高校青年外语教师的跨学科研究能力发展路径。对访谈和案例素材的分析发现,由于教师能动性和环境支持性两个要素的交互作用,这些教师的跨学科研究能力呈现出三种发展路径:主体驱动型、环境驱动型和协同驱动型。三种发展路径的差异和共性为青年教师跨学科研究能力发展提供了启示。
This narrative case study explores the developmental paths of six young university foreign language teachers'inter-disciplinary research competency.The analysis of interviews and case documents indicates that the teachers exhibit three de-velopmental paths,namely agency-driven,context-driven,and agency-context co-driven,resulting from the interaction be-tween teacher agency and contextual support.The differences and commonalities of the three paths provide implications for the development of young teachers'interdisciplinary research competency.
