摘要
目的:探讨甲硝唑联合盐酸米诺环素对慢性牙周炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取2020年2月~2023年10月某院收治的70例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组单用盐酸米诺环素治疗,观察组采用甲硝唑联合盐酸米诺环素治疗。比较两组患者牙龈出血指数、牙周深度、炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白介素-6(IL-6)]、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,患者牙龈出血指数、牙周深度、血清TNF-α和IL-6水平均降低,且观察组低于治疗组(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率(82.86%)高于对照组(57.14%,P<0.05);两组患者不良反应总发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:甲硝唑联合盐酸米诺环素对慢性牙周炎的疗效优于单用盐酸米诺环素,对患者的牙周指标和炎症反应有显著的改善作用,且不增加不良反应的发生风险,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of metronidazole combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods:Seventy patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to a certain hospital from February 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride alone,and the observation group was treated with metronidazole combined with minocycline hydrochloride.The bleeding index,periodontal depth,inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)],and the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were also compared.Results:After treatment,the bleeding index,periodontal depth and the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in serum were decreased and lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(82.86%)was higher than that of the control group(57.14%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:The metronidazole combined with minocycline hydrochloride is more effective in treating chronic periodontitis than using minocycline hydrochloride alone.It has a significant improvement effect on patients'periodontal indicators and inflammatory reactions,and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
