摘要
2021年2月2日,在广东省惠州市一防空洞内使用抄网捕获1只蝙蝠。该蝙蝠体型中等,头体长53.37 mm,前臂长51.60 mm,体重12.70 g;体毛鲜艳,全身金黄色;耳狭长而窄,耳屏钝尖;耳缘、拇指、后足棕色;翼膜有橙黄色和黑色的特殊图案。脑颅较大,颅全长18.70 mm,颅高7.29 mm,额部明显隆起,后部高且呈球形,吻部宽短,泪骨有明显突起,吻部至额部较平缓。以上特征与金黄鼠耳蝠Myotis formosus的外形及头骨特征相符。基于cyt b基因序列的系统发育分析也表明,该标本与金黄鼠耳蝠聚为一支。结合形态与分子数据,确定该标本为金黄鼠耳蝠,为广东省蝙蝠分布新记录,标本现保存于广东省科学院动物研究所。
On February 2,2021,a bat was captured in an air-raid shelter in Huidong County,Huizhou City,Guangdong Province,south China.The morphological and skull features of the specimen were measured using electronic digital cali-pers.Based on cyt b gene sequences,the phylogenetic tree was reconstructed using maximum likelihood method.The main diagnosis characteristics of the specimen are as follows.The specimen has a medium body size,with head and body length of 53.37 mm,forearm length of 51.60 mm,and weight of 12.70 g.The body hair is vivid and the whole body is golden.The ears are long and narrow,slightly oval.Tragus straight,narrow and pointed.Thumbs,hind-feet and ear edges are brown rather than black.The wings have a special pattern of orange and black.The maximal length of skull is 18.70 mm,and the height of braincase is 7.29 mm.Skull has distinctly elevated frontal region,braincase is globose,the rostrum is broad and short,the lacrimal projections are well developed,and the trend of rostrum to braincase is gentle gradient.Sagittal crest and lambdoidal crests are weakly developed.The result of phylogenetic analysis based on the cyt b gene sequence showed that the specimen was clustered with Myotis formosus.Combining morphological and molecular data,the bat is identified as M.formosus,the first record for Guangdong Province.The specimen is deposited in the Institute of Zoology,Guangdong Academy of Sciences.
