摘要
新质生产力是利用先进技术、新型商业模式以及创新方法来提高生产效率和经济效益的当代先进生产力,是马克思主义经典生产力概念的时代体现。劳动正义在劳动与劳动者、劳动与劳动资料、劳动与劳动对象以及劳动与资本这四对关系中分别表现为分配正义、技术正义、需求正义和资本正义。新质生产力中的劳动正义主要体现在主体、科技、生态、运筹四个方面,在劳动正义的启发下,新时代发展新质生产力需诠释分配正义,体现技术正义,落实生态正义,彰显资本正义。
New quality productive forces are contemporary advanced productive forces that utilize advanced technologies,new business models,and innovative methods to improve productivity and economic efficiency,and are the contemporary embodi-ment of the classical Marxist concept of productive forces.Labor justice is manifested in the four pairs of relationships between labor and laborers,labor and labor materials,labor and labor objects,as well as labor and capital as distribution justice,tech-nological justice,demand justice,and capital justice,respectively.In the new quality productive forces,labor justice is mainly reflected in the four aspects of the main body,technology,ecology,and operation.Inspired by labor justice,the development of new quality productive forces in the new era needs to interpret distributive justice,reflect technological justice,implement eco-logical justice,and demonstrate capital justice.
