标准参与、产业链协同与企业高质量发展——基于中国高端装备制造企业的实证分析

摘要在外部环境高度不确定的背景下,中国企业正面临技术和市场资源双重空间挤压的难题,实现高质量发展是破局的关键。技术标准作为技术公共化的载体,具有很强的资源扩展属性,但其在企业高质量发展过程中发挥怎样的作用以及中间机制还不明晰。本文以2008~2022年362家上市高端装备制造企业为研究样本,实证分析标准参与对企业高质量发展的影响,以及产业链协同在其中的作用机制。结果表明:标准参与对产业链协同和企业高质量发展均具有正向影响,产业链协同在标准参与和高质量发展中存在遮掩效应。进一步研究发现,国有、西部地区以及中美贸易摩擦前企业的标准参与更有助于实现高质量发展。本文的研究发现为企业的高质量发展提供了有益思路,也为政府制定规范性和产业性政策提供了一定的参考。 Under the background of high external environmental uncertainty,Chinese enterprises are facing the dilemma of dual space compression in technology and market resources.Achieving high-quality development is key to breaking this deadlock.As a carrier of technological publicization,technical standards have strong resource expansion attributes,but their role and the intermediate mechanisms in the process of high-quality enterprise development are still unclear.This paper takes 362 listed high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises from 2008 to 2022 as the research sample,and empirically analyzes the impact of standard participation on high-quality enterprise development,as well as the role of industrial chain collaboration in this mechanism.The results show that participation in standard formulation has a positive impact on industrial chain collaboration and high-quality development,and there is a masking effect of industrial chain collaboration between standard participation and high-quality development of enterprises.Further research has found that participation in standard formulation by state-owned enterprises,central and western regions,and enterprises before the Sino US trade friction is more conducive to achieving high-quality development.The findings of this paper provide useful ideas for the high-quality development of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises and also offer certain references for the formulation of government normative and industrial policies.
