电弧预热铝合金熔融涂覆过程温度场数值分析

摘要 为了探究电弧预热铝合金涂覆沉积层内部温度变化及电弧预热参数对沉积形貌的影响,通过数值分析建模研究了电弧预热铝合金涂覆件温度场的演化过程,并对数值计算模型进行了试验验证。结果表明,预热电弧的热输入是沉积层凝固过程中形貌演化与凝固后表面质量的主要影响因素之一,受高温熔道的影响,沉积层横截面糊状区0.1 s前呈中间凹两边高的形态;当峰值电流提高至200 A时,铝合金熔体在基板上充分铺展,得到了较好的沉积层形貌;基板经历二次加热过程,越靠近基板上表面,二次加热时的最高温差越大,其中基板上表面最高温差达250 K。 In order to explore the internal temperature variation of aluminum alloy coated sedimentary layer by arc preheating and influence of arc preheating parameters on deposition morphology,the evolution process of temperature field of aluminum alloy coated components was investigated by numerical analysis and modeling,and the numerical calculation model was verified by experiments.The results indicate that the heat input of preheating arc is one of the main factors affecting the morphology evolution and surface quality of sedimentary layer during solidification process.The mushy area in the cross-section of sedimentary layer is concave in the middle and convex on both sides before 0.1 s due to the high-temperature fuse.Moreover,the melt spreads out fully on the substrate with the peak current increasing to 200 A,leading to satisfied morphology of sedimentary layer.The substrate undergoes a secondary heating process,and the closer to the upper surface of substrate,the greater the maximum temperature difference,where the maximum temperature difference reaches 250 K.
