摘要
目的分析优质手术室护理对经尿道前列腺电切术患者生理应激指标及康复效果的影响。方法抽取2019年10月至2023年10月在我院接受经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的前列腺疾病患者90例,以随机信封法分组,采取手术室常规护理的45例患者为对照组,采取优质手术室护理的45例患者为观察组。比较两组围手术期相关指标(手术时间、术中出血量、膀胱冲洗时间、住院时间)、生理应激指标[肾上腺素(E)、血清皮质醇(Cor)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)]、国际前列腺症状量表(IPSS)评分及生活质量量表(QOL)评分情况、护理满意度。结果观察组术中出血量低于对照组,手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后观察组患者E、Cor、NE指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后观察组IPSS评分低于对照组,QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对接受经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的患者采取优质手术室护理可保障手术顺利进行,缩短手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间及住院时间,并可减少术中出血量,改善患者生理应激水平,降低术后并发症发生率,改善患者临床症状及生活质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of high quality operating room nursing on physiological stress indexes and rehabilitation of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate.Methods A total of 90 patients with prostate disease who received transurethral resection of prostate in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2023 were selected and group by random envelope method.Forty-five patients receiving routine nursing in operating room were selected as control group and 45 patients receiving high-quality nursing in operating room were selected as observation group.Compare the two groups perioperative relevant indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,bladder irrigation time,length of hospital stay),physiological stress indicators[epinephrine(E),serum cortisol(Cor),norepinephrine(NE)],International Prostatic Symptom Scale(IPSS)score and Quality of Life scale(QOL)score,nursing satisfaction.Results The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the operation time,bladder irrigation time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of E,Cor and NE in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The IPSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the QOL score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-quality operating room nursing for patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate can guarantee the smooth operation,shorten the operation time,bladder flushing time and hospital stay,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,improve the physiological stress level of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
