摘要
目的:观察活血止痛汤对股骨颈骨折患者机体骨代谢水平的调节作用。方法:选取2021年1月-2023年6月接受治疗的89例股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象。随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别为44例、45例。对照组于半髋置换术后接受常规治疗,治疗组在其基础上联合活血止痛汤治疗。两组的治疗周期均为12周。比较2组患者的各项指标。结果:治疗组总有效率95.45%,明显优于对照组。治疗组与对照组在治疗12周后VAS评分均降低,Lysholm评分、FMMA评分均升高。且相较于对照组,治疗组的变化趋势均更明显。治疗前各区域(大转子、患侧股骨颈、Wards三角区)的骨密度,治疗组与对照组在治疗12周后均为升高,且相较于对照组,治疗组的变化趋势更明显。血清ALP、S-CTX、PINP水平,治疗组与对照组在治疗12周后均降低。相较于对照组,治疗组的变化趋势更明显(P<0.05)。结论:活血止痛汤应用于股骨颈骨折行半髋置换术患者,具有调节机体骨代谢水平的作用,具备一定临床优势。
Objective:To observe the regulating effect of Huoxue Zhitong decoction on bone metabolism of patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:In this study,89 patients with femoral neck fracture were selected from January 2021-June 2023.The selection of research objects strictly follows the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to ensure the reliability and scientificity of the research results.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,44 cases and 45 cases respectively.The control group received routine treatment after hemiarthroplasty,and the treatment group was treated with Huoxue Zhitong decoction on the basis of it.The treatment cycle of the both groups was 6 weeks.The indexes of patients of the treatment group and the control group were compared.Results:Compared with the total effective rate of the control group(80.00%),the treatment group(95.45%)was obviously at a higher level.Compared with the VAS score before treatment,the trend of the treatment group and the control group decreased after 12 weeks of treatment.Compared with Lysholm score and FMMA score before treatment,the trend of treatment group and control group increased after 12 weeks of treatment,and the change trend of treatment group was more obvious than that of control group.Compared with the bone mineral density of each region(greater trochanter,affected femoral neck and Wards triangle)before treatment,the trend of treatment group and control group increased after 12 weeks of treatment,and the change trend of treatment group was more obvious than that of control group.Compared with the levels of serum ALP,S-CTX and PINP before treatment,the trend of the treatment group and the control group decreased after 12 weeks of treatment,and the change trend of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Huoxue Zhitong decoction in patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing hemiarthroplasty has the function of regulating the bone metabolism level of the body
