摘要
目的从化学成分及农药残留两方面,比较青钱柳野生品与栽培品的质量差异,为青钱柳的合理利用及资源开发提供科学依据。方法以黄酮类成分异槲皮苷、槲皮苷、阿福豆苷为含测指标,采用HPLC法对青钱柳的野生品与栽培品进行测定,并通过气相色谱法检测青钱柳样品的农药残留量。结果各批次3种成分含量均相差较大,整体上青钱柳栽培品3种成分总含量较野生品高,但野生品所含的槲皮苷及阿福豆苷较于栽培品的高,青钱柳野生品与栽培品均未检测出农药残留。结论青钱柳栽培品的黄酮类成分含量高于野生品,为合理开发和利用青钱柳提供参考依据。
Objective To compare the quality difference between wild and cultivated products of Qingqianliu(Cyclocarya Paliurus)from the aspects of chemical composition and pesticide residues,and to provide scientific basis for rational utilization and resource development of Qingqianliu(Cyclocarya Paliurus).Methods The flavonoid components isoquercetin,quercetin and afoside were used to determine the wild and cultivated products of Qingqianliu(Cyclocarya Paliurus)by HPLC,and the pesticide residues of Qingqianliu(Cyclocarya Paliurus)samples were detected by gas chromatography.Results The contents of the three components in each batch were significantly different.On the whole,the total content of the three components in the cultivated products was higher than that in the wild products,but the quercetin and afoside in the wild products were higher than that in the cultivated products.No pesticide residue was detected in the wild products and the cultivated products.Conclusion The content of flavonoids in cultivated products was higher than that in wild products,which provided a reference for rational development and utilization of Qingqianliu(Cyclocarya Paliurus).
