摘要
目前我国老龄化问题逐渐凸显,老龄人口数量增多,空巢、失独现象比较普遍。家庭养老模式功能不断弱化,之前单一的社会居家养老模式和机构养老模式将无法满足现代老年人基本要求,推进医养结合型社区养老模式已经成为必然需求。文章就以医养结合型社区养老为探究重点,重点分析在推进医养结合型社区养老模式中常见的一些问题,并提出和推进医养结合型社区养老模式相关的优化对策,缓解家庭和社区的养老压力。
Currently,the aging problem in China is gradually becoming prominent,with an increasing number of elderly people and a relatively high proportion of empty nests and loss of independence.The function of the family elderly care model is constantly weakening,and the previous single social home-based elderly care model and institutional elderly care model will not be able to meet the basic requirements of modern elderly people.Promoting a medical and elderly care combined community aged care model has become an inevitable demand.This article focuses on the exploration of medical and elderly care combined community aged care,focusing on analyzing some common problems in promoting the medical and elderly care combined community aged care model,and proposing optimization strategies related to promoting the medical and elderly care combined community aged care model to alleviate the pressure of family and community aged care.
