摘要
当前地方本科院校管理类专业课程的课程思政建设存在学生课程思政理念有待夯实、教师课程思政综合素养不足、课程思政体制机制不完善等现实困境;聚焦课程思政理论、理念的发展和人才培育质量的提高设计了协同课程思政管理主体、构建课程思政育人格局、夯实实施载体、服务课程思政实施主体和建构课程思政实施体制机制等具体路径。地方高校管理类专业课程思政实施须立足地方人才需求,因专业制宜,融合专业建设目标,明晰课程思政症结,与职业素养培育、思政课程教育协同发力。
There are many practical difficulties such as the need to consolidate students' ideological and political concepts in courses,insufficient comprehensive ideological and political literacy of teachers in courses,and imperfect ideological and political system and mechanisms in courses;Furthermore,focusing on the development of curriculum ideological and political theory and concepts,as well as the improvement of talent cultivation quality,specific paths have been designed for collaborative curriculum ideological and political management subjects,the construction of curriculum ideological and political education patterns,the consolidation of implementation carriers,the service of curriculum ideological and political implementation subjects,and the construction of curriculum ideological and political implementation system and mechanism.The implementation of ideological and political courses in management majors in local universities must be based on the needs of local talents,tailored to the profession,integrated with the goals of professional construction,clarify the crux of ideological and political education in the courses,and work together with the cultivation of professional competence and ideological and political education.
