摘要
高职法律院校不光要培养学生的法律专业知识和法律思维技巧,更要培养学生公正严明的法律道德操守和以人为本的法律人文关怀。高职法律专业课如何进行课程思政,培养德法兼修法治人才,是摆在法学教育工作者面前的迫切问题。虽然目前法学界对课程思政的探讨已不少,但大多停留在比较宏观的层面,尤其是专门针对物权法课程思政的研究还比较少见。相较于其他法学课程,物权法课程思政有其自身独有的特点。结合物权法的专业内容进行个性化的课程思政,从每一项物权制度的历史由来和背景,制度设计的目的和意义,制度的中外对比等环节进行滴灌式的价值渗透,才能避免模式化现象。
Vocational legal institutions should not only equip students with legal expertise and critical legal thinking skills but also foster a strong sense of justice,strict legal ethics,and humanistic concern for law.The pressing challenge for legal educators is how to effectively integrate ideological and political education into vocational legal courses,thus cultivating talents proficient in both morality and law.While there has been substantial discussion on ideological and political education in legal courses,much of it remains at a broad,macroscopic level,with a particular lack of research focused on the integration of such education into property law courses.Compared to other legal disciplines,the incorporation of ideological and political education in property law has distinctive characteristics.By aligning the professional content of property law with personalized ideological and political education,and gradually infusing values through discussions on the historical origins,design purposes,and significance of each property rights system,as well as comparative analysis of domestic and international systems,we can avoid formulaic and uniform teaching methods.
