摘要
目的观察耳穴压豆对小儿过敏性鼻炎治疗依从性及治疗效果的影响。方法本研究为前瞻性研究,研究对象为我院2023年1月~12月期间接诊的92例过敏性鼻炎患儿,应用电脑随机分组法将其分别列为常规组(46例)和耳穴组(46例),常规组予以常规药物治疗,耳穴组采用耳穴压豆辅助治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗依从性、症候积分、炎症反应、免疫指标。结果在不同治疗方案下,耳穴组的治疗依从性优良率93.48%(43/46)高于常规组69.57%(32/46);耳穴组鼻痒鼻塞、喉部不适、眼痒眼红等症候积分分别为(2.12±0.45)分、(2.25±0.36)分、(2.18±0.29)分,均低于常规组[(3.49±0.77)分、(3.54±0.82)分、(3.51±0.85)分];耳穴组的嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(EOS)、淋巴细胞百分比(LYM)分别为(8.33±1.26)%、(40.23±10.45)%,均低于常规组[(10.44±2.35)%、(45.31±10.41)%];耳穴组的总免疫球蛋白E(总IgE)(0.53±0.12)mg/L低于常规组(0.82±0.25)mg/L,免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)分别为(2.49±0.37)g/L、(1.77±0.36)g/L,均高于常规组[(2.05±0.44)g/L、(1.28±0.65)g/L],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆能提升过敏性鼻炎患儿的治疗依从性,可有效改善临床症候,对促进患儿炎症反应恢复并增强机体免疫功能均有积极意义。
Objective Observing the effect of ear acupoint pressing on the treatment compliance and efficacy of pediatric allergic rhinitis.Methods This study is a prospective study,with 92 children with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023.They were randomly divided into a conventional group(46 cases)and an ear acupoint group(46 cases)using computer randomization.The conventional group received conventional drug treatment,while the ear acupoint group received ear acupoint pressure bean adjuvant treatment.The treatment compliance,symptom score,inflammatory response,immune indicators of the two groups of children were compared.Results Under different treatment plans,the excellent and good treatment compliance rate of the ear acupuncture group was 93.48%(43/46)higher than that of the conventional group,which was 69.57%(32/46);The scores of symptoms such as nasal itching,nasal congestion,throat discomfort,and eye itching and redness in the ear acupoint group were(2.12±0.45)points,(2.25±0.36)points,and(2.18±0.29)points,respectively,lower than those in the conventional group[(3.49±0.77)points,(3.54±0.82)points,and(3.51±0.85)points];The EOS and LYM of the ear acupoint group were(8.33±1.26)%and(40.23±10.45)%,respectively,which were lower than those of the conventional group[(10.44±2.35)%and(45.31±10.41)%];The total IgE of the ear acupoint group(0.53±0.12)mg/L was lower than that of the conventional group(0.82±0.25)mg/L,while IgA and IgM were(2.49±0.37)g/L and(1.77±0.36)g/L,respectively,which were higher than those of the conventional group[(2.05±0.44)g/L and(1.28±0.65)g/L](P<0.05).Conclusion Ear acupoint pressing beans can improve the treatment compliance of children with allergic rhinitis,effectively improve clinical symptoms,and have a positive significance in promoting the recovery of inflammatory response and enhancing immune function in children.
