摘要
四川某锂辉石矿的赋矿岩石中锂辉石为主要的含锂矿物,主要脉石矿物为长石、石英、白云母等,为得到较好指标的锂辉石精矿产品,对其进行了选矿试验研究。研究结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.075 mm含量80%的情况下,以自主研发的XY-XK01作为捕收剂、采用浮选回收锂辉石-反浮选除杂工艺流程,闭路试验可获得Li_(2)O品位为5.78%,回收率为81.80%的锂精矿产品。
In a lithium mine in Sichuan province,the main lithium bearing mineral is spodumene,and the main gangue minerals are feldspar,quartz,muscovite,etc.In order to obtain the spodumene concentrate product with better index,the beneficiation experiment was carried out.The results show that under the condition of grinding fineness of-0.075 mm 80%,using self-developed XY-XK01 as a collector,the lithium concentrate with Li_(2)O grade of 5.78% and recovery rate of 81.80% can be obtained by using the process of recycling spodumene by flotation and removing impurities by reverse flotation.
