防跑车斜井箕斗的研究与应用

摘要 针对斜井箕斗运行风险较高,容易发生跑车的现象,研制了自带防跑车保护装置的新型斜井箕斗。介绍了新型斜井箕斗的组成及工作原理;通过制动过程分析和插爪下落过程分析,获得了相应的最优参数;在某矿进行了空载、重载全速脱钩试验。结果表明,制动距离均小于5 m,符合设计要求;新型斜井箕斗能够主动、及时地终止箕斗继续下行,防止跑车事故的发生。 A new type of inclined shaft skip with the anti-runaway device was developed to address the high operational risk and easy occurrence of runaway.The composition and working principle of the new inclined shaft skip were introduced.Then,through the analysis of the braking process and the drop process of the claw,the corresponding optimal parameters were obtained.No-load and heavy-load full-speed relieving hook tests were carried out in a mine.The results showed that the braking distance was less than 5 m,which met the design requirements.The new inclined shaft skip could actively and timely stop the continuous running itself and prevent the occurrence of runaway.
