电渣重熔1.2083模具钢的洁净度控制

摘要 本文重点分析了模具钢1.2083电渣重熔产生高倍C类夹杂物的原因,通过电渣重熔过程中调整渣系、提高熔渣碱度,过程添加1kg/吨钢的Al粉脱氧剂等措施,工业实践及检测数据表明,能有效降低C类夹杂物,提高该品种电渣钢洁净度,产品满足用户要求。 This article focuses on analyzing of the causes of high magnification C type inclusions in die steel 1.2083 produced during the electroslag remelting process.Through measures such as adjusting the slag system,improving the slag alkalinity in the electroslag remelting process,and adding 1kg/ton of Al powder deoxidizer in the process,industrial prac-tice and test data show that C type inclusions can be effectively reduced,and the cleanliness of this kind of electroslag steel can be improved,and the product meets the user's requirements.
