泡沫轻质土在高速公路路基施工中的研究与应用

摘要 土方资源紧缺是目前制约平原地区高速公路快速发展的瓶颈之一。现依托皖北平原地区某新建高速公路,结合项目特点,与原施工图设计的扶壁式挡土墙进行对比分析,发现采用泡沫轻质土,可显著减少路基填筑用土,大幅节约工程造价。同时,从湿密度、流动度、抗压强度3个指标,分析了泡沫轻质土的配合比设计及优化,并根据现场实际,分析施工过程中产生的问题、质量控制要点及注意事项。研究表明,泡沫轻质土本身具有自重轻、稳定性好的优点,同时可节约土方资源,节省工程造价并缩短工期,具有较广泛的发展及应用前景~[1]。 The shortage of earthwork resources is one of the main bottlenecks hindering the rapid development of highways in the plain area at present.Basd on a new expressway in the plain area of northern Anhui,comparing the characteristics of foam lightweight soil with the originally designed buttress retaining wall..The results show that the use of foam light soil can significantly reduce the amount of soil for subgrade filling and greatly save the project cost.Additionally,the mix proportion design and optimization of foam light soil were analyzed from three key indicators:wet density,fluidity and compressive strength.The problems,quality control points and precautions in the construction process were analyzed according to the actual site conditions.This study shows that foam light soil itself has the advantages of reduced weight and enhanced stability,and can save the use of earth resources reduce the project cost and shorten the construction timelines.It shows promising potential for further development and application.
