摘要
针对高精度圆弧曲面成形凹模单件加工效率低、加工难度大、报废率高等问题,根据圆弧曲面成形凹模结构特点,采用组合加工制造工艺进行加工,新制造工艺缩短了校对基准时间,降低了镶件的制造成本和圆弧曲面成形镶件的加工难度。
In view of the problems such as low processing efficiency,difficult processing,and high scrap rate of single piece of high precision circular arc surface forming concave die.The combined processing technology was adopted according to the structural characteristics of circular arc sur-face forming die.The new manufacturing process shortened the time of datum checking,reduced the manufacturing cost of the insert and the processing difficulty of the arc curved surface forming insert.
