摘要
目的分析在儿科护士中实施层级护理管理模式对护士综合素质以及工作质量的效果。方法选取2023年1—12月南华大学附属第三医院的20名儿科护士作为研究对象,2023年1—6月设定为参照组,实施常规护士管理;2023年7—12月设定为研究组,实施层级护理管理,比较两组护士的综合素质、工作质量评分满意度。结果研究组护士的综合素质评分、工作质量评分都比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组满意度为100.00(20/20),高于参照组的75.00%(15/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.714,P<0.05)。结论在儿科护士管理中实施层级护理管理模式有助于改善护士的综合素质以及工作质量水平,提升护士的工作满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of the hierarchical nursing management model on the comprehensive quality and work quality of pediatric nurses.Methods Twenty pediatric nurses from the Third Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were set as the reference group from January to June 2023 to implement routine nurse management;From July to December 2023,the study group was set up to implement hierarchical nursing management,and the comprehensive quality and work quality score satisfaction of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results The scores of comprehensive quality and work quality of nurses in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 75.00%(15/20)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.714,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical nursing management mode in pediatric nurses management is helpful to improve nurses'comprehensive quality and work quality level,and enhance nurses'job satisfaction.
