摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环法在消毒供应中心(central sterile supply department,CSSD)质量管理中的应用价值。方法选取2021年6月—2023年7月山东省济南市济阳区人民医院CSSD的10名工作人员作为研究对象。2021年6月—2022年6月采取常规质量管理,为对照组。2022年7月—2023年7月采取PDCA循环法管理,为观察组。两组工作人员为同一批。对比两组器械管理合格率、工作质量、管理满意度。结果观察组消毒、清洗、灭菌、包装合格率依次为99.69%(326/327)、100.00%(327/327)、99.08%(324/327)、100.00%(327/327),高于对照组的97.29%(359/369)、97.83%(361/369)、96.75%(357/369)、97.27%(359/369),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.442,5.391,4.481,7.179,P均<0.05)。观察组工作质量评分及满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论PDCA循环法可以提高CSSD工作质量,获得较高的满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of PDCA cycle method in the quality management of central sterile supply department(CSSD).Methods Ten staff members of CSSD of Jiyang District People's Hospital,Jinan City,Shandong Province,were selected as the study subjects from June 2021 to July 2023.Conventional quality man⁃agement was adopted from June 2021 to June 2022 as the control group.From July 2022 to July 2023,PDCA cycle method of management was adopted as the observation group.The staffs of the two groups are the same.Compared the two groups of device management pass rate,work quality,management satisfaction.Results The pass rate of disinfec⁃tion,cleaning,sterilization,and packaging in the observation group were 99.69%(326/327),100.00%(327/327),99.08%(324/327),and 100.00%(327/327)in that order,which were higher than those of the control group,which were 97.29%(359/369),97.83%(361/369),96.75%(357/369),and 97.27%(359/369),and the differences were statis⁃tically significant(χ2=6.442,5.391,4.481,7.179,all P<0.05).The quality of work scores and satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle method can improve the quality of CSSD's work and obtain a high level of satis⁃faction.
