摘要
消化性溃疡是消化内科常见病,主要包括胃和十二指肠溃疡。未经治疗的消化性溃疡可能导致严重并发症,如出血、穿孔和狭窄等。消化性溃疡出血可能对患者的健康构成严重威胁,需要及早进行诊断和治疗,以降低并发症的风险并加快康复过程。内镜止血是常见的治疗消化性溃疡出血的手段,可以迅速止血并促进愈合,避免了传统手术的需求,同时减少了患者的康复时间。内镜止血具有操作简单、见效快等优势,可以使用多种方法以止血,如药物局部注射、机械止血或使用吻合夹夹合溃疡处等。本文回顾相关文献报道,对消化性溃疡出血的内镜止血研究进展进行综述,为消化性溃疡出血的临床治疗提供一定参考依据。
Peptic ulcer is a common disease in the Department of Gastroenterology,mainly including gastric and duodenal ulcers.Untreated peptic ulcer may lead to serious complications,such as bleeding,perforation and stenosis.Peptic ulcer bleeding may pose a serious threat to the health of patients,so early diagnosis and treatment are required to reduce the risk of complications and accelerate the rehabilitation process.Endoscopic hemostasis is a common method to treat peptic ulcer bleeding,which can quickly stop bleeding and promote healing,avoiding the need of conventional surgery and simultaneously reducing the recovery time of patients.Endoscopic hemostasis has the advantages of simple operation and quick response,and multiple methods can be used to stop bleeding,such as local injection of drugs,mechanical hemostasis or clamping ulcer with anas tomosis.In this paper,the related literature reports are reviewed,and the research progress of endoscopic hemostasis for peptic ulcer bleeding is summarized,so as to provide some reference basis for clinical treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.
