基于G71外圆粗车复合循环指令的对刀原理

摘要 以CJK6032教学型数控车床车削轴肩为例,针对常用的G71外圆粗车复合循环指令的使用特点及工件坐标系与机床坐标系的转换关系,详细论述了该指令的数控编程方法及对刀原理,为提高数控编程效率及加工精度、掌握对刀技巧提供参考。 Taking the turning shoulder of the CJK6032 teaching CNC lathe as an example,based on the usage characteristics of the commonly used G71 external rough turning compound cycle command and the conversion relationship between the workpiece coordinate system and the machine tool coordinate system,the CNC programming method and tool setting principle of this command are discussed in detail,providing reference for improving CNC programming efficiency and machining accuracy,and mastering tool setting skills.
