摘要
针对煤矿井上变电站热故障及火灾事故的监测手段单一、误判漏判情况多等问题,设计了一套基于红外测温+可见光图像检测及多传感器融合的井上变电站电气火灾监测系统。该系统采用红外热成像及可见光图像检测技术对站内一次设备的温度情况及运行状态实时采集,通过多传感器融合技术实现对站内CO等气体浓度的感知,可对热故障实现事前到事后全方位预警监测。
A set of intelligent fire monitoring system for inoue substations in coal mines is designed based on infrared temperature measurement,visible light image detection,and multi-sensor fusion to address the issues of single monitoring methods for heating faults and fire accidents,as well as multiple misjudgments and omissions.The system adopts infrared thermal imaging and visible light image detection technology to collect the temperature and operating status of primary equipment in the station in real-time.Through multi-sensor fusion technology,it realizes the perception of gas concentrations such as CO in the station,and implements comprehensive early warning and monitoring from before to after thermal faults.
