摘要
铸造铝合金箱体内孔加工特点是其毛坯已经带有底孔,单边加工余量1.5 mm。针对毛坯特点,采用更为高效的涡状线径向扩张加工路径取代圆柱螺旋线层层下移加工路径。针对所用数控系统无涡状线直接编程指令的问题,借助离散化思想,创新地采用了多段半圆弧来拟合涡状线,以达成相应效果,并且从几何直观和解析式两个角度验证了拟合策略的可行性和准确性。
The processing characteristics of the inner hole of the cast aluminum alloy box are that the blank has a bottom hole and the unilateral processing margin is 1.5 mm.According to the characteristics of the blank,this paper adopts a more efficient radial expansion processing path to replace the cylindrical helix layer down processing path.In order to solve the problem of direct programming instruction without vortex lines in the numerical control system,a multi-segment semi-circular arc is innovatively used to fit the vortex lines with the help of the discretization idea to achieve the corresponding effect,and the feasibility and accuracy of the fitting strategy are verified from the perspective of geometric intuition and analytic expression.
