摘要
地铁屏蔽门是地铁系统的重要组成部分,通过有限元分析方法,对地铁屏蔽门在外部载荷下的变形分布进行了模拟分析。分析发现,在风压和乘客挤压力的影响下,立柱、门框等钢结构变形较小,而门体的钢化玻璃承受较大的风压载荷,变形量较大。进一步对变形最大的固定门各部件进行了强度校核,确保其在设计值范围内。该研究结果为提高地铁系统的安全性和可靠性提供了重要参考和建议。
Subway platform screen doors(PSDs)are integral components of subway systems.In this paper,a finite element analysis method is employed to simulate and analyze the deformation distribution of subway platform screen doors under external loads.The simulation reveals that,influenced by wind pressure and passenger crowding,structural components such as columns and door frames exhibit minimal deformation,while the toughened glass of the door body bears a significant wind pressure load,contributing the majority of the deformation.Further strength verification is performed on the components of the fixed door with the maximum deformation to ensure their integrity within the design limits.The research findings provide crucial references and recommendations for enhancing the safety and reliability of subway systems.
