摘要
针对工程实践对大流量乳化液泵提出的按需供液、按需供压技术需求,结合其属于多柱塞阀配流往复式容积泵的结构特点,提出以动磁式电磁铁推动这类泵的进液阀在排液行程中延迟关闭,进而借助柱塞运动将原本已进入柱塞腔的液压介质重新压回至进液歧管,由此最终实现泵出口流量调控配流过程的数字化技术改造方案。在对动磁式电磁铁进行等效磁路分析的基础上,对其进行了动、静态仿真实验,实验结果表明:提出的动磁式电磁铁输出力平稳、线性度高,当电流密度为11 A/mm^(2)时,输出力可达154 N,仅需12 ms即可达到最大行程,能够满足大流量乳化液泵配流过程数字化的技术要求。该研究成果可为煤炭智能化开采及面向液压支架动作过程的智能供液理论提供技术支撑。
In response to the technical requirements for on-demand liquid supply and on-demand pressure supply put forward by engineering practice for large-flow emulsion pumps,and combined with its structural characteristics as a multi-plunger valve flow-distribution reciprocating positive displacement pump,it is proposed to use a moving magnet electromagnet to push the inlet valve of this type of pump to delay closing during the liquid discharge stroke,and then use the plunger movement to re-press the hydraulic medium that had originally entered the plunger chamber back to the inlet manifold,thereby finally realizing the digital technical transformation of the flow distribution process of the pump outlet flow control plan.Based on the equivalent magnetic circuit analysis of the moving magnet electromagnet,dynamic and static simulation experiments were carried out.The experimental results show that the output force of the moving magnetic proportional electromagnet proposed in this paper is stable and has high linearity.When the current density is 11 A/mm^(2),the output force can reach 154 N,and the maximum stroke can be reached in only 12 ms,which can meet the requirements of digitalization of the flow distribution process of large-flow emulsion pumps.The research results of this paper can provide technical support for intelligent coal mining and intelligent liquid supply theory oriented to the action process of hydraulic supports.
