摘要
葡萄生态学是葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业的一门学科基础课。立德树人是高校教育的根本任务。课程思政改革是顺应时代要求的课程发展方向。从教师团队建设、制定课程思政目标、挖掘并融入思政元素、教学评价改革4个建设路径详细阐述了课程思政改革的具体内容,以期为培养有理想、有信念、勇担当、懂技术的葡萄与葡萄酒行业人才助力。
Grape ecology is a basic subject of grape and wine engineering major.It is the fundamental task of college education to cultivate morality and cultivate people.Curriculum ideological and political reform is a correct course development direction that conforms to the requirements of The Times.On the basis of the previous teaching plan,this article elaborated the specific contents of the curriculum ideological and political reform from the four construction paths of teacher team building,formulating curriculum ideological and political goals,mining and integrating ideological and political elements and teaching evaluation reform,in order to help to cultivate the grape and wine industry talents with ideals,beliefs,courage and technical knowledge.
