摘要
为了使采集到的载荷信号更加真实有效,应用MATLAB软件编制相应的程序对液压挖掘机工作装置载荷信号进行去除零点漂移及去除奇异值等预处理操作,依据油缸位移、油缸推力和回转角度3个参数在挖掘机工作过程中的变化情况,将挖掘机作业过程分为挖掘、提升、卸载及返回4个阶段,并对试验中的某段载荷信号进行了验证,发现其顺利通过了平稳性和各态历经性检验,说明预处理程序科学有效,为后续科学编制挖掘机载荷谱、预测疲劳寿命奠定了基础。
In order to make the collected load signals more realistic and effective,used MATLAB software to develop corresponding programs for pre-processing operations such as removing zero drift and singular values on the load signal of the hydraulic excavator working device.Based on the changes in the displacement,thrust,and rotation angle of the hydraulic cylinder during the operation of the excavator,the excavator operation process was divided into four stages:excavation,lifting,unloading,and return,and verified a certain load signal in the experiment,it successfully passed the tests of stationarity and ergodicity of various states,this indicates that the preprocessing program is scientifically effective and lays the foundation for the subsequent scientific compilation of load spectra and prediction of fatigue life.
