摘要
目的:探讨ISBAR模式在老年跌倒高危患者管理的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年6月西南医科大学附属成都三六三医院消化内科收治的老年高危跌倒患者204例,按照入院时间分为对照组(n=102)和试验组(n=102)。对照组采用常规模式管理,试验组采用ISBAR模式进行管理。比较老年患者跌倒知信行得分以及护士跌倒管理相关知识的考核成绩。结果:试验组患者跌倒知信行得分高于对照组,ISBAR模式实施后护士跌倒管理相关知识的考核成绩高于ISBAR模式实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用ISBAR模式管理老年跌倒高危患者,能提高患者跌倒预防的知信行和提升护理人员的跌倒管理知识。
Objective To explore the application effect of the ISBAR model in managing high-risk fall patients among the aged.Methods 204 high-risk fall patients among the aged admitted to the Gastroenterology Department of Southwest Medical University Affiliated Chengdu 363 Hospita from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(n=102)and an experimental group(n=102)according to their admission time.The control group was managed using the conventional mode,while the experimental group was managed using the ISBAR mode.Compare the scores of knowledge,beliefs,and actions related to fall patients among the aged and the assessment results of nurses'fall management knowledge.Results The scores of fall knowledge,attitued and practice in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the the assessment results of nurses'fall management knowledge after the implementation of ISBAR model Higher than before the implementation of ISBAR mode,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of ISBAR model in managing the aged patients at high risk of falls can improve patients'knowledge,beliefs,and actions in fall prevention and enhance nursing staff's knowledge of fall management.
