摘要
为提高电厂锅炉在电网深度调峰调频和煤种多变运行条件下的灵活性和效率,通过深入分析重庆电厂2台660 MW超临界锅炉及制粉系统,提出了一次风宽负荷智能控制系统优化方案。该方案包括:优化变负荷速率和前馈系数,提高锅炉对AGC模式负荷变化的响应;引入变负荷指令前馈动态前馈回路,提高燃料控制系统对负荷变化的适应性;在一次风压控制回路中增加负荷指令变化信号,提高负荷指令变化初期的响应速率。同时,针对制粉系统存在的流场问题,设计并安装了风道流场均风装置,有效提高了一次风流量的测量准确性。结果表明,该优化方案能满足机组深度调峰调频的要求,并适应煤种多变的运行条件,提高了锅炉运行的经济性和稳定性。
In order to improve the flexibility and efficiency of power plant boilers under the conditions of deep peak shaving and frequency regulation of the power grid and variable coal type operation,an optimization scheme for the intelligent control system of the primary air wide load was proposed through in-depth analysis of two 660 MW supercritical boilers and powder production systems in Chongqing Power Plant.The plan includes optimizing the variable load rate and feedforward coefficient to improve the boiler′s response to AGC mode load changes.Introducing a variable load command feedforward dynamic feedforward loop to improve the adaptability of the fuel control system to load changes.Add a load command change signal in a wind pressure control circuit to improve the response rate during the initial stage of load command changes.At the same time,in response to the flow field problems in the powder production system,an air duct flow field equalization device was designed and installed,effectively improving the measurement accuracy of primary air flow.The results show that the optimization scheme can meet the requirements of deep peak shaving and frequency regulation of the unit,and adapt to the operating conditions of variable coal types,improving the economy and stability of boiler operation.
